You can proceed but while filling visa application list most recent first and then include these outdated data in the last so that it would not be confusing to the CO. If you're filling form80, mention same thing in that too (same order). Shouldn't be much of a problem to me if you ask.

Also, I updated my EOI for 189 with only relevant job in the last 10 years so in case I'd be invited I could have another option to apply with more peace of mind. But what a waste of application fee for NSW. I wonder what is better though in case of processing times 189 or 190.

Also, processing get delayed due to delays in our responses too. Same thing has been made clear in DHA site. Prioritizing grants based on occupations also plays important role. Finger-crossed that everything goes well for both of our applications. I am still concerned about this issue with my EOI, I hope it will not be considered as one complex case due to these outdated entries. Just doing DIY and going here for inputs really helps.

How would I get to know about expiry date of medicals already submitted. I understand that its one year from date of medical reports submitted last time. But on immi account I can see date of medical clearances provided as date of submission of visa application. However, i got the medicals done after one month of visa application submission.

It’s one year from the date of the test
It’s not compulsory for the CO to ask you for doing the test again if they have expired during the processing of the application
It’s his prerogative to ask you to redo it or not

Dear All,

I am lodging my application for 189 and have a couple of queries.

1. My original ACS assessment was assessed only till 2/2020 and also mentioned deducting the initial 2 years of employment. While filing EOI I did not deduct the 2 years (an honest mistake) as mentioned in the ACS and claimed points for 8 years mistakenly. When I received the invite, the old assessment was still valid. But AFTER receiving the invitation, I got a new assessment done now which has all my employment to till date assessed and is positive for 8+ years. While lodging the application which one should I use? The form is prefilled with my old acs details. Is it ok to remove it and update the new acs assessment number and upload only the new assessment letter? Or Should I keep the old acs number in the form but upload both letters?
2. I am going for medicals 2 weeks after submitting the visa. Should I mention the hap id in the form while submitting the visa application? It mentions - 'medical examinations taken in the past 12 months'? But would not it be easier for reference if I mention the hap id now itself? Or would it be considered misleading?
3. Also, the invitation expiry date is 6 Feb 23. Which time zone it is? Also, does it mean 6 Feb 23, 11:59 pm? or there is a time deadline as well?

All points claimed are validated on the date you received the invitation. What is your experience in last 10 years from the date of invite? If it is matching with 8+, you're good to go.

My bro lodged his 189 3 months back. So far silence. I think this time estimate provided by DHA is just wrong
