I've not found one and it's a it of an odd one to compare as most insurers have different health and age criteria etc.

You basically need to do the legwork then pick whichever best suits your particular circumstances.

You could try this one.

But when we were looking (2019) it was easier to just approach an agent.
I have used these for car insurance but they were dearer for private health compared with who we are with now.

They are friendly and you can phone them both here in Spain and in the Uk. They have a good name in this part of Spain (Costa Blanca)

We have Aegon who are one of the largest here in Spain and have had quotes from ASSA (for example we took ours out in March 2020 for residency and we pay €70 approx each per month I am now 60 and the wife is 59) I have a groin hernia and she has mild asthma (which has all but disappeared) and was on blood pressure medication (again which she no longer needs) these had 3 month wait periods before we could seek medical help with them...But as we didn't move till August 2020 and our residency application went in Nov 2020 the wait period was over.... ASSA wanted €83 a month each so I stuck with Aegon.

You need full medical cover with zero copay and it must cover existing conditions (which most never do) for the visa (same for us for residency). Most will have waiting periods which are usually for any minor illness you have declared.
And whatever you do, be honest with the companies. When you sign up you give them the authority to contact your UK doctor and to check your records. They may not at the beginning but you can guarantee they will the moment you want to use the insurance.....

I agree with MataMata, there isn't a site worthy of comparing health insurance as ALL insurance companies have different criteria, with coverage, age, waiting periods, etc.
However, for visa/residency applications, the Spanish Consulate requires you to have a NO copayment (no excess) plan, in which you will have to pay the year upfront if you don't have a NIE/TIE (some companies will let you pay Half-yearly) - but I wouldn't really compare this insurance online as you could be purchassing an insurance that is not suitable for your needs (not only for residency).

I recommend you speak to some agents/brokers and compare that way - be aware that some may have different coverages, so that will be the difference in the price.
