Yup you’re right. PCC and health check up can be uploaded after the 60 day period too.

Is it true that we're given an additional 28 days for health check and that the health check is not necessary to fall within the 60-day application deadline (i.e. health check has nothing to do with the 60-day deadline)? and that the 60-day deadline is just for you to accept the invitation and lodge your application, & attach police check (if ready, if not ready, attach the police check acknowledgement slip)?
I have no idea about 28 days for health check but the 60 days is given to lodge the application with all required documents. If you don't have any document, provide reason and include acknowledgement, if available.

Hey guys, I applied for the 190 visa on 30th Nov 2022, but there was a delay in getting the PCC for my spouse and me.
All documents as well as medical tests were submitted in the month of December 2022 and PCC was submitted on 28th Jan 2023. As all documents are in place, so it won't delay the grant, right?

Thanks in advance.

Did you get CO contacted for any additional information?

A delayed PCC in most likelihood won't affect the grant. I uploaded my PCC in the last week of Feb after lodging the application on 2nd Jan. I received my invitation in the first week of Dec.

Hi, I have received an invitation for visa subclass 190 from Western Australia and have submitted my application for WA state nomination on 15th FEB 2023. It has been around more than a month waiting for state nomination approval. Anyone waiting same like me..

There are 20 section in visa application of immi avcount, however I noticed that system skips from section 9 to section 11 and from section 13 to section 15. I cant access sections 10 and 14

Did anyone face the same issue while applying for visa?

Once you complete the application there is an option of printing the application. See the preview and check what are those sections. You will have clarity.

Some sections are skipped based on your circumstances or answers to your questions, for e.g if you are not married, then the section on your spouse will obviously skipped.

OI, do not select multiple categories. Ex: 189, 190,
n apply to other states too but in separate EOIs. You need to gen
I applied my 190 visa app for the same code on 2 Dec 2022. Got the invites from both NSW and VIC but I chose VIC. Still waiting for the grant. Been seeing in a lot of forums that it's taking around 6-8 months for this code. But a few have also got the grants in a couple of months. Just a matter of luck now. All we can do is wait :)
Hey! How long did you have to wait before getting the invites from those two states? :)

Hey I just replied to you in our chat. Took me 1 month for the NSW pre-invite and 2 months for the VIC pre-invite.

There is no such thing as grant period. Processing times vary on the complexity of your application as well as priority on the occupation by DHA. Good luck!

Hi my friend. Did you apply US state/local PCC also? Or just FBI is enough? Thanks

Hi all,

I lodged my 190 visa for Victoria on 30th Sep'22. I got a CO contact asking for more details this morning.
He requested medicals to be done again for my partner and myself.

The medicals were done in Feb'22 including HIV test. Can i ask CO for a reason for this request again? I understand its over 1 year.

Also requested my partner's AFP again as we renewed her passport in Dec'22. AFP was initially done in Sept'22. No name has been changed.

Will appreciate your feedback.

Cheers,
Aman.
