I have 1 question:

Apart from the priority occupations, how are applications get selected for the grants/final round?
Is it again based on max points or the date of lodged....? or any other criteria? Does anyone have any idea?

Hi all,

I lodged my 190 visa for Victoria on 30th Sep'22. I got a CO contact asking for more details this morning.
He requested medicals to be done again for my partner and myself.

The medicals were done in Feb'22 including HIV test. Can i ask CO for a reason for this request again? I understand its over 1 year.

Also requested my partner's AFP again as we renewed her passport in Dec'22. AFP was initially done in Sept'22. No name has been changed.

Will appreciate your feedback.

Hi friend! I used to live in USA for 8yrs till 2023Jan. Do I need to just submit FBI clearance or State/local PCCs also? I lived in 3 states in 8yrs recent one is California for 2yrs. If State/local PCC is mandatory, then do I need to submit my last state PCC or all the three states ? Thanks

No matter, how many people you request, the answer is gonna be one.

FBI federal would suffice. Whatever damage you did, it happened accidentally. You did not hurt an individual. Only when CO requests you for a state PCC, which usually they wouldn’t, please take help from an immigration attorney.
Only the attorney would have the exemption information for accidental mistakes.
All the best and do not stress for what happened in the past and when you were young and not matured as of now.

Medicals are valid only for one year. You have to do again. Without them, they may not grant visa.

I have not heard or read anywhere for state clearance. FBI federal will suffice. Forget whatever happened, you can’t change it now.

It's over an year that's why they are asking. You could be served with same reason if you ask. Instead, If you get medicals done, you could get grant soon.

Hello everyone, i need a little suggestion if someone can help with their experience.
My sister have positive skill assessment for Market Research Analyst from VETASSESS.
But she is waiting from 8 months and didn’t get invite. Now she’s planning to change the occupation and apply for corporate services manager. My concern is, assessing authority is same, if she modifies the duties accordingly and manages to get new experience letters from the company, will VETASSSESS accepts it as earliest her job duties were little different from the new one’s. Or she would have to provide same documents as before and just need to change the occupation?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

You must have broke any immigration law, that’s why your visa was revoked. However, since you were not tried at immigration court, you need not to worry now.

I have a quick question- while submitting PR application, do you need to submit just FBI clearance or state/local police clearance also ??

Hi Guys,
Do you have any idea on grant period for ANZSCO 133914 - Quality Assurance Manager?(1399 specialized manager category). Applied the visa application on 18th November 2022, medicals completed on 14th of December 2022.(State : NSW)

A chinese national from same code and same state got it today. Lodged on 13 Oct 2022
