What does "heavy" categories mean? - driving license

Hello all.
I'm about to start the process of swapping my UK issued driving license for a French one.
Right now I'm gathering all the documentation together, again.

I have one question though please...
During the application process, ANTS are asking if I wish to keep the "heavy" categories on my UK license.
Currently I have: all the A & B, C1, D1, BE, C1E, D1E fklnpq (whatever that is)

What is classed as "heavy" here in France?
Do they mean anything bigger than a van (3500kg)?

Does "heavy" mean (old school) 7.5t, 7.5t+trailer, coach, van with trailer, mini-bus, mini-bus with trailer?

I ask because the license I'm using right now has all of these categories permitted.
I've not used them in France yet, but there's a good chance I'll use a few of them again over the coming years.

Or is "heavy" in France anything above the vehicle classes above please?

I've no problem getting the doctors certificate needed to support the application, just wondering if I actually need to get it done based on the vehicle classes above. (I'll not be driving anything bigger than the above).

Can anyone shed some light on the word "heavy" please?

This is the page from Service Public that explains the French vehicle classifications for licenses.
You'll notice they are divided into categories - Motorcycles, B licenses (basically passenger cars), permits for transport of goods and persons (considered the "professional" licenses)

The "poids lourds" start at 3.5 tons. Click on the various license types for the specifics - usually a combination of weight, purpose (hauling goods or passengers) and some maximum limit of the number of passengers. I think all of the "professional" vehicle classes require medical exams at regular intervals.

Anyhow - start with the page cited above and if you get links that are all in French, look for the language button to get an automated translation into English.
