I’ve got an update for customer service roles after document verification they asked me to wait an other 3-4 weeks and my status changed to under assessment, does anyone know if it’s a good sign or not please do let me know

August 14 documents and u&i

4 September re uploading full length pic

7 October final assessment stage

Still waiting for reply, it’s a long process hoping it will be positive

I applied for heavy equipment operator on 8 Feb 2024 after that I completed assessment then they put my file on hold now 7 months 10 days completed no response from dnata I don't understand about these proces.

Yes now wait for call they will call you for medical. But mine still in hold from 28 oct

Just a thought - is there a possibility of being put on "select on hold" then later on got rejected? Has it happened before?

Hello did you find any other way? From what I know only on the group careers website does it indicate the stage of application but by Normandy this is way too long for a company of this size.
