SPOUSE VISA - CONSENT DECLARATION FORM PART 2 -

Hii everyone
I’m submitting my evidence for the spouse visa (I am my own financial sponsor) and I live with my partner (British) and his father.
Me and my partner don’t have anything in joint names (bills etc) and because of that we are already submitting 6 docs each for the proof of address, plus, my partner's dad already made the letter confirming that I have authorisation to live with them etc etc We have all the docs sorted.
However, once you paid all the fees and you're submitting your docs, there is a consent declaration doc the gov ask us to check and sign, my partner and I are confused about the
“part 2, Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information" which says: “any information is provided in joint names of the applicant and another person, the joint owner needs to sign"

So our question is, do we need to sign this part 2 or it simply doesn't apply to my case?

If we need to sign, would it be my partner to sign that (even though we are not providing any docs in joint names besides the letters from my father-in-law saying we live together)
OR
would it be my father-in-law signing as he wrote this letter with his ID docs and proof he is the owner of the property?

thank you in advance!
