Hi all,
You've been so helpful so far on this application process, I'm hoping I can bend your ear again.
I am submitting my supporting documents on the UKVCAS portal, and on my document checklist (saved from the application) it doesn't mention for me to upload my marriage certificate, or anything to do with my son (his birth certificate, passport etc). I'm finding this a bit odd - should I upload these things anyway, in the other section?
Many Thanks
Lucy

Definitely include your marriage certificate (the list does not cover all situations)
Unless your son is also applying for a visa then he does not need to be included.

I agree with Crawford, definitely include the marriage certificate. They normally do want the passports/birth certificates for any children you have (even if they are British and not "dependants" on the visa) so you may as well include them. I would put these all under the "Life Events" section.

I am pretty sure I included a scan of my BRP when I applied for ILR several years ago. They'll ask for your original BRP at the biometrics appointment also
