Hi dear,

Highly impressed by your knowledge and help you provide over here to everyone. I hope you can guide me in my case..

I came to uk in 2010 in tier4, from srilanka.

Applied tier4 extension in oct2011. While application under process I found college is no more on Ukba list. Finally got rejection in march2012.

Ukba retained my passport and asked to leave the country. I made appeal against it. During appeal my solicitor filed FLR application as well.

FLR also got rejected as there was not enough ground to prove it. Now we filed judicial court appeal.

Since June 2012 I see a Lithuanian girl and we are in relationship, we do not live together but have mature relationship with her.

As my passport is not with me, I can't marry her. Now I am preparing application for unmarried partner category. I would like to know what are the circumstances and cons if I process for RC, will it be considerable !! Will it be get refused ??!

Thanks amyD and nyclon..my solicitor said that it will be possible and can get her marry by use of my international id??
Is my solicitor just wants money from me and trying to play with me and my girl ??

Or is it possible that we wait till June and file the application as we are moved and living together now.

AmyD is there any other option for me to tobe with my lady ? Can we move to my country and come back afterwords ??

If you have a solicitor you should be asking him/her any further questions. However, just moving in together doesn't mean you qualify for as unmarried partner. You won't qualify until you have lived together with joint responsibilities for 2 years.
