I have a question. My brother lived in Australia for 4 years then after he moved to the UK, he got the invitation and lodged PR. Does he still need to fill out form 80?
? His child is 1.5 years old.

Please guide.

In most cases CO ask for the Form 80
To save time, most applicants upload the form 80 voluntarily
You can take your own decision

I am PSU employee bro. I did apply for PCC and appointment is on 21 feb. PCC has nothing to do with employment.

On ur pcc application, isn’t it indicated that being PSU employee you are required to give Noc/IC/Intimation ? I assume you have selected PSU employee in Employment type while filing PCC application on passport seva website.

Yes I have selected PSU employee... But it didn't ask for any NOC. Check in document advisor once, by yourself, we just need to submit our passport and any other address proof in case of change of address.

Form 80 is not mandatory but most people do fill it up pro-actively.

Yes. Document Advisor doesn’t mention about it. But pcc application acknowledgement mentions it. If u view submitted application on your portal and select ur pcc application then there you will featyres to upload details of uploading NOC/IC and details thereof.

The correction process is time consuming and we can't complete within the 60days period. Can we submit any other document in place of marriage certificate? We have same address on address proof documents and mortgage documents.

My take is, when it is not mentioned in list of documents, no need to go for it. I am proceeding without NOC.

Class 10 or 12 mark sheets is not required unless you are using it in lieu of birth certificate
You submit the application and get in queue
You can upload the marriage certificate once you get the corrected copy

My concern here @NB is, is marriage certificate mandatory? Or can it be substituted with some other document?

We have appointment for my newly born son passport on 07 Feb. Will submit application after receiving his passport?
