Dear Friend,

As I have mentioned in earlier post, market is not very good. You need to secure job whatever you can get , instead of sticking to particular technology. Once you secure job then you can search for your specific skill sets.

As far as job posted on different websites- Please check for same jobs posted again and again. I am not sure the reason behind this. So it does not reflect actual market demand. Many jobs here are filled with reference, without any ad. So it is important to build network.
From whatever experience I have, certification is secondary here. Most of interviewer ask few technical questions, but their main focus is on behavioral skills and communication skills.
Local candidate is always preferred over migrant. But you need to find someone who is ready to pay for your product ( your skills) :juggle: Once you are able to do that then you are also considered as local consultant.:fingerscrossed:

Best of luck.

Hi guys.

I have currently assessed my skills as Comp network and system Engineer by ACS, but they deducted me 2 years of work experience and I thought to apply to EA for Telecommunication Network Engineer. I am graduated as Electronic Eng, with major in Comp Science, I hold CCNP, CCP Sec, ITIL, CCSA, PRINCE2 etc. certificates. Please:
-can I have an positive assessment by EA?
-What was your time frame for assessment by them?

Thank you for your help!
