Now a days medicals are becoming very late. As you sent medicals thru courier, it will take more time when compared to electronic one. If you sent electronic format, it will take 2-3 months since there are so many backlogs

You can email to health.strategies.unit@immi.gov.au but you will not get any response these days

Hii..i just want to ask my hospital says my medicals are delivered through mail but my co says c hadnt received..its been a month i did my medicals.why is this getting late..what is the backlogs mean?

 

we are also in the same board as taj2980. Hopefully it's clear soon! btw, can you still see your 'organise your medical examinations" link?

 

No Melbourne2012, I cant see that link , but I do remember I used to see the link sometime back. I am facing another problem though, my CO says she hasnt received half of my documents, which I had uploaded 2 months back. I can still see all the entries in the Attachments provided section with dates well before the cut off date of submission. Did you upload your docs or mailed them or sent them a scanned copy?

Hopefully all these resolves very soon.

 

i just received email from health strategies saying that our medical results are considered to be finalised by DIAC. Is it equivalent to be clear yet?

 

Cant say, but definetely you are not in the deferred list.

When did you send your results, was it e format or the paper/physical file format?

Mine was paper format from USA, delivered to them around 12/17.

Dont know how much more time they will take.

Which visa subclass are you applying for? When did you email health strategies? When did you get CO allocation?

Sorry for so many questions just trying to figure why your meds have been finalised relativel quickly. Perhaps they were not referred...

 

I had sent mine around mid December and still waiting for the result. The online status check doesnt give too much of info either.

 

Does it matter that since you guys are from Austrailia, its been done so fast? I mean clearly, I had sent a month before you and never got a single reply from them.

 

Can some please give me the mail address of the health strategies, I will like to send them an email asking for some clarrification if they could .

Their email ID is health.strategies@immi.gov.au.

But I'm not sure whether they have the updated info regarding this. When I emailed them, they said I have to send them the hard copy of my medicals (done at Medibank, Parramatta). But the same day I called up DIAC and they said that my medical results are in their system and has been finalized, so I can hold on to the paper results for now.

 

Thanks, sent them an email and got the standard answer, backlog, weeks, months etc etc....

 

i think you should have an answer soon. Ours are clear now.
