How to live in AUS as a Tourist???

Hey Guys,

I am looking to move to australia... but I am not looking to work there or do business there.

Is it possible to live there as a "tourist"?

Is this easy or hard?

If yes or no, would I have to leave the country every so often? Is there a chance I wouldnt be aloud back in for any reason?

I am looking to rent but if I have to leave and come back in every so often I want make sure It is easy to get back.

Welcome to the forum.

You could come over on an ETA. Here are the rules: ETA (Visitor) (Subclass 976)

Or a Tourist Visa: Tourist Visa (Subclass 676)

You cannot work with either of these visas so you would have to make sure you have finances to cover you for the period you are over here.
