Health requirements - Representative of an overseas company, Entrepreneur

Hello,

I am looking for a way to bring my parents-in-law to live in the UK. Business visa looks more probable to get than a family permit.

I would like to ask about a heath check up for these visa categories:
- Representative of an overseas company
- Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)

So far as I know, in these categories a person is allowed to use the NHS healthcare as any other UK citizen.

My father-in-law (aged 53) recently recovered from a throat cancer and is a heart patient. He doesn't require any serious operation or a further treatment but I'm bit worried if he can be refused due to a general not-well-being. Is it possible?
