Expired Passport and New Passport, do I need to send copies of both of my passports

Hello All,

My first Indian passport is expired and now I have a new passport, do I need to send copies of all the relevant pages from both the passports? Or just the new passport will do?

If you have applied for the visa then u just need to send copy of new passport and they will update your information.
If you have not applied for any visa then you just apply with your new passport detail.

The new passport itself will have reference to the old passport details like number and date of issue etc
