Experience with Accounting Bolla or other firm familiar with income from US?

Does anyone have good, first-hand experiences with Accounting Bolla or some other reliable firm that is familiar with US income and assets and taxation? My wife and I are dual US/Italian citizens looking for a permanent home. I’m thinking Italy would be out because we’d take too big a hit on our income, but wouldn’t mind paying for decent advice. (The flat tax regime for pensioners probably isn’t viable because of the location/population requirements and duration; we need access to very good health services and also don’t want a ticking clock on where we can live comfortably).

I've used Nicolo Bolla for advice when applying for a visa and would highly recommend him. He would be a good person to talk with how to arrange you retirement income before applying for a visa, for instance Roth IRA are not treated as retirement accounts, they are treated as normal taxable accounts. He is very responsive and knowledgeable
