Hi, Im very confused and looking for answers for my few questions, hope you members can help me,
im a non EEA National living in UK with my EEA wife and i got a biometric permanent Residence card valid till 2028,

My questions are,

1) can i travel to Europe with my wife now on my biometric permanent Residence card after Brexit?
2) Can i travel to my home country and comeback to Uk on this card after 06/2021?
3) Do i have to replace it to EUSS scheme residence Card or the old biometric permanent Residence card is ok as it is Valid till 2028?
4) My European national wife got a Blue card Permanent residence Card with no expiry Date, does she have to replace it to EUSS card?

1. Depends on the country - Contact their consulate. Brexit has already happened, we are just in a transitional period right now under the EU withdrawal agreement... You shouldn't count on travelling to the EU with a UK-issued immigration document as the UK is no longer part of the EU/EEA.
2. No, since your permanent residence document won't be valid, you lose the right to live in the UK if you don't apply to the EUSS by 30 June.
3. You need to apply to the EUSS (or apply to naturalise as British if you are eligible). You will be issued a replacement BRP under the EUSS.
4. Yes, you both do.

You and your wife should apply to the EUSS immediately, or naturalise as British. Don't delay on this.

Thanks for your quick and comprehensive reply,
we both already applied and granted the settled status under EUSS scheme and received email confirmation only from Home office,

1) what is the next step to apply for EUSS card to prove our settled status?
2) how long is the process and how much is the Fees?
thanks

Glad you've already done this...

It should state this further on in the letter, but as you have settled status (indefinite leave), your immigration status is purely digital - You don't get a new BRP and you can't apply for one. You can enter the UK with just your passport, you don't need any additional documents like a BRP. The link provided in the letter gives you the ability to prove your right to live/work in the UK if your employer or letting agency requires proof.

Thanks again for quick reply, as you said before my permanent residence card will be invalid after 30/june/21, so how will i board the plane after 30,June to get back into the UK from other countries will this digital proof will be enough to get onto a plane or shall We apply for EUSS biometric card for the peace mind?
thanks

EU nationals don't need a visa to enter the UK, just the passport is enough. The airline won't require a BRP from someone with an EU passport. Your wife will not get a physical document and cannot apply for a BRP.
Since you are a non-EEA national, you will be sent a BRP automatically, you don't need to apply for one. There are lots of delays with BRPs right now but you should report it missing if you haven't received it after 10 days

THANKS AGAIN, but on the next page of this letter it says if i do not hold A biometric residence card already then i will receive one in 10 days.
But as i already have a biometric residence card im assuming im not getting a new one as it is not mentioned in that letter that i will get new one,
please correct me if im wrong, thanks

I honestly don't think they've really thought that far ahead for people in your situation (EEA family members with settled status)... You do hold a valid BRP currently, but it becomes obsolete on 1st July. I haven't read anything at all to suggest that there will be any kind of automatic replacement document. I think you should contact the EU Resolution Centre: https://eu-settled-status-enquiries.service.gov.uk/start?hof-cookie-check
