Refering to "Skilled employment documents" section here : [https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa...9-?modal=/visas/supporting/Pages/skilled/skilled-employment-documents-eoi.aspx]

I have question regarding the Employer Reference letter. Quoting from the above url :

Employment references

Employment references must:
be written on the official letterhead of the employer providing the reference
clearly show the employer’s full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail or website addresses on the letterhead
show, below their signature, the name, position and contact telephone number of the person who signed the reference
show:
the exact period of your employment
whether employment was permanent or temporary, full or part-time
the position(s) you held and duties undertaken
your salary.
The position should be described according to the nature of the duties undertaken (for example research chemist, accounts clerk). It should not be described in general terms (for example, research officer, public servant).

The reference letters I got for ACS assessment contains all the onformation except my salary. So,

1. Should I re-request for a new reference letter from all my employers with the salary information added?

2. Even if the answer for the above question is NO, should I still request for new reference letter specially from my current employer given the fact that this reference letter is around 2 months old.

The reference letter which I had provided did not contain salary information. If your employer is ready to provide a fresh reference letter with Salary details then well and good. I believe your payslips + bank statement should be enough to convey your salary.

I think a 2 month old reference letter should be fine.

1.) No. Salary slip and bank statements highlighting salary credits is sufficient
2.) No. I gave 4 months old reference letter

You won't get an invitation unless your point is at least 60. Using the point calculator, fist find out your tentative point and decide further action
