Hi , I currently live in UAE ( British citizen ) but would like to relocate to Spain and take advantage of Beckham Law , I can structure my employment to being an employee or self employed , company who I’d work for has offices in UK and UAE, my question is would I be have to pay the 33% social security payments ?
I would have private healthcare and don’t mind paying social security but with the 24% DNV tax + 33% , wouldn’t be viable , many thanks 🙏

You need to be working for a Spanish legal entity. Not sure about being self employed or working for your own company would qualify.

So not an option unless my company has an office in Spain do you know ? Maybe EOR would be another option ? Thanks

I’ll be moving there and working for a foreign company , my question is would I be liable for 33% social security contributions? It seems very difficult to get an answer to this even after taken professional advice , thank you for your reply 👍🏻
