Ayamonte or costa esuri

Hi
Where should I look to buy accommodation Ayamonte or Esuri
I want somewhere safe but with life all year round and able to integrate.
Can anyone give me advice on areas to avoid in Ayamonte.
I will be on my own so safety and nice area without troublesome neighbours are my main concerns.
I speak relatively good Spanish.

At the moment I live in the Valencia area.

Hola,
I would say that Ayamonte has the better feel as the town centre is pedestrianised. About specific areas, sorry I can't advise but I have never felt unsafe in Ayamonte.
The Costa Esuri is safe but there is much less there although there is great promise for the future - but how far in the future is difficult to say
