Hope you're doing fine. I have a question, I'm in Australia and would like to go on holidays next year to New Zealand. For that, I need to apply to a NZ tourist visa. My question is, should I apply right away to that tourist visa or should I expect first to be invited for permanent residency in Australia? Given the current trend, I should be receiving an invitation in December 2018.
