I am going through the recruitment process with ADNOC, and I have a few questions:
  1. What's the salary band for VP and SVP roles? What's the maximum each can reach?
  2. Any idea of how their annual bonus is calculated?
  3. Do they pay an annual flight allowance, or do they book it for employees/dependents directly?
  4. Their career portal mentions they offer access to gym and beach club facilities, anyone knows what that includes? Is it Mazaya membership?
Answers to all or any of those questions are welcome.

Hey @JeremyP, those are some great, specific questions about the ADNOC benefits package for senior roles. I'm curious, have you been able to ask the recruiter for any clarification on things like the gym and beach club access yet? Sharing a bit more about the stage you're at might help others with direct experience chime in with some answers
