Employee Reference letter job description:

Duties:

4-write brief descriptions of developed features
5-solve reported bugs effectively
7-Perform applications performance tuning.
ACS returned with the following comment:
"The assessor has requested two employment references from company1 and company2 that contains more details of programming experience as the documents provided only consist of series of points and no further description"
did anyone have a similar request? Can anyone help me with what they are requesting? I got the employment references as per the HR standard in my wife companies.
