I lodged my 190 on 01 April 2023
For my UK criminal record check I uploaded a document called "Enhanced DBS Check". This is the deepest form of criminal record check in the UK, and I already had this document (within the last 6 months) because I work with children.
However later on I realised that this is not the correct PCC that it says is required on the Australian DOHA website
So then, a few days later I applied for the proper UK PCC, usually takes around 3 days to receive it.
However their website has been "hacked" so there are massive delays:
ACRO
"Our website is offline as we investigate a technical issue, which we now know to be a cyber security incident.
Thank you for your continued patience. We are sorry that there will be unavoidable delays while we manually process applications."
I still have not got the UK PCC (many people are in the same situation, waiting 6+ weeks for it)
I have 2 questions please
Is there any chance they will accept my "enhanced" criminal record check, instead of the normal UK PCC?
What should I do now? Should I try to contact DOHA and explain the delay with the UK PCC?
