189 VISA-spouse functional English

I have logged EOI for 189 visa. I got 60 points and not claiming any points from my spouse. My wife got her academic transcript mentioning that English was the medium of instruction of her 4 years bachelor course.
In that case does she need to submit separate letter mentioning that medium of instruction of her course was English or the attested copy of her transcript is enough?

This seems enough, but if possible try to get that letter which specifically states that medium of instruction in the institute was english, you never know when Case officer may raise a demand for that letter.

Thanks a lot. Could you please kindly check that the below format of medium of instruction is alright or not:

"MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE

This is to certify that ------ has successfully completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (4 years Bachelor degree) as a full-time student from ----- College during the period of 2006-2010.
Medium of instruction of her all Bachelor courses in ..... College was completely in English.
I wish her every success in life."
