Hi Guys,
1. I received the below email but I have not been emailed a copy of my IHS reference number, what to do?
2. Am I meant to manually write my IHS reference number on the top of my online visa application form printout?

The online payment for your Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) has been safely and securely processed by WorldPay, on behalf of UK Visas & Immigration
(UKV&I). This payment will be shown on your card/ bank statement as 'Imm Health Surcharge'.
Transaction Reference
The transaction reference for your payment of MAD 7,800.00 is IHS049236289PA01|2017-08-04T22:40:25. On completion of your IHS application you will also be emailed a copy of your IHS reference number, which you will need for your immigration application."
