Ok I understand. My major concern are not the fees. My major concern is if we can submit the right application once in the UK embassy in the interview.
Do you think is that possible? Or we will have to do all over again?
And one more question. I have herad that sometimes they give you the answer the same day you go to the interview. Is that correct?

Sadly, you might have to wait for the outcome of the current application, which has a 50/50 chance to be returned or to be rejected. I don't know what factors an Entry Clearance Officer (ECO) might consider to make a decision.
