Hello, I wanted to ask whether it is a good idea to write directly, by special delivery post, to the caseworker at the PSC to appeal for a decision to be made? Does this make it to the person directly? We have their surname on the letter. (at least we think it is their name)
Having contacted our MP, it seems as if there is little we can do. I don't want to use the complaints email address unless there is no other way to contact them.
We have been waiting for 4 weeks now after the Premium appointment for FLR M. I have been told by the call centre that your case becomes an 8 week postal equivalent after the further checks letter, which seems unfair!
It looks like my husband could lose his job if he can't travel, so it is really serious for us, and I would appreciate any advice or opinion.
Many Thanks.

Anyone have any experience/success with a letter? Sorry to bump but hoping for some guidance. Thanks
