I have heard and read that many people register their businesses while they are employed by another company. They need a NOC letter from the employer to do so.
Now here is my question: Is it possible the other way around? Someone registers his business, and gets a job with a company while he has a business visa.
Is he allowed to do that?
Will he stay on his own visa?
Does it matter if his business is registered in Dubai or Free Zone?

Cheers!

I you are working fo ryourself, that is you have an employment visa from your own company, than technically you have to provide both yourself and the new employer with an NOC. You can remain on the visa of your own company, or transfer as suits.

It doesn't matter where the business is registered as long as all parties are aware of the arrangements and protocol is followed.
