Hello! I am a bit confused as to when you are actually legally able to work in the UK. I am reading conflicting reports and went through 6 pages of forum before asking this question as I couldn't find anything on it.

Can I work once I get my FLR (Am married in a civil partnership) or do I have to actually wait for the ILR?

I am anxious to get back to work, but don't want to break any laws. Thanks in advance for any answers.:D

Yes. Once you have FLR you can work. You are still not entitled to public funds, though.
