Hello! I'm new in Dubai, visa under husband's sponsorship. I've just been offered a job with a small UK company, helping to build their business in UAE and regions of South Africa and USA. I'm trying to work out how I can proceed with the offer, because, as I understand it, I can't simply just accept the role and start work, can I? I'm so confused - the amount of information online is overwhelming and somewhat contradictory! If anyone on here could give me some basic advice, I'd be so grateful! Thanks in advance!

Does the small Uk firm have a UAE legal entity ?

What do they want you to actually do for them in the UAE ?

Where will they pay you a salary ?

Contex is everything.

If there is no UAE entity bill them each month for the work you do, ideally get paid into a UK ank account.

That's what i do with foreign entities that I work with at least. Never had a problem.
