working in Dubai-any help?

Hello everyone
Does anyone have an idea about the current salaries in UAE for Telecoms and Networks Engineering job roles?.Can you suggest me some sources to find such info or some well known recruitment agencies for seeking a job in UAE?.
What about working in goverment companies in UAE,such as DEWA?.Do they pay good salaries for network engineers?. What about the working environment there?.
i am currently working as NOC & IP Test Engineer in an ISP for 7 yrs and i have totally 9yrs of exp in the telecoms industry.i am ccna,ccnp,ccsp,mcp in win2k server and hcne certified.
how much i could ask in case i receive an offer from a company in uae?.
can someone usually negotiate the extra allowances such as house,transport,tickets,insurance etc?.
