Hi all,
I'm new to the site.

Age 30
Ielts 0
Degree 15
Over sea experience 15 or 5
State spons 5
Total 65 or 55 (points at present)

My career can be divided into four pieces in four different companies, and totally more than 8years.
The first three pieces are titled by software engineer and senior software engineer, for about 4 years .
The recent 4 years career is titled by Business Analyst.
That's a career advanced from senior software engineer.

ACS assessment result is like this 261111 4years and 261313 4years.
and then I got the WA SS with nominated in 261111.

Here is my question:
Does my experiences in different ANZSCO code can be calculated together as 8 years by DIAC, and gain the very important 15 points.

I've seen some policies of DIAC, which say that experience in one unit group is "closely related".

HELP ME!

You have to stick to one experience code and prove your experience, claim points against it.

You should apply for software engineer code as it includes almost all roles that you have worked on...

A software engineer can work on development, testing, support, consulting roles in software projects.

Anyone here has the same experience?
Whether it is for DIAC or ACS, you have to specify the nominated occupation code.
