Hi I'm new to here, and I have a question about withdrawing family member from my visa application.

I started lodging 189 visa including my de facto parter and my child.
Still I haven't uploaded all document, and no CO allocated yet.
I want to withdraw my de facto partner and my child from this application because we just broke up recently.
As long as I read from expat forum old post, I need to submit a form 1023or 1022(?) to state this.
Need my partners sign for this form?
I don't think she will sign on it because she doesn't want me to withdraw our child.
If I can't get her sign what happen?
Need their medical and PC too?

Please advice me,
Thank you.

If you were married yes otherwise no as she is not your dependent.
If the child is yours yes they need a medical. If it is only her child then no because it is not your dependent.
