hello,
I have just submit my visa application to visa center but I am thinking I might have refusal because of my salary.My gross salary is 30.000 and 47.5 hours work per week. but soc require 32.700 per year and 39 hours . I am applying from shotage list where I can get 20 points. so if anybody tell me how I can calculate my hourly rate.i have 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.i have already cos number.

You have a job offer? Surely your employer would not have offered you the job if you are not eligible?

There are certain circumstances where you can be paid lower than the specified rate. You should be asking your employer these questions as we don't know enough about your job and experiences to respond. See the website below for further info



Based on what you say in your post you work out your hourly rate by dividing gross salary by hours contracted for.
