Hi Friends,

Please advice !!!

I got my passport in 2006 and it was issued in Chennai. It carries a Chennai address , where nobody (i know) lives.

I am currently working at Bangalore for the past one year. I can change the address in the passport to my native (if required) but I don't want to do something which will cause delay or problem with my PCC later.

Since , I am finding from other threads that if the police verification was done while issuing the passport , it is a simple task.

Now with this situation and keeping PCC is mind can you guys advice as to what I should do , should I change it to my native address or change it to the Bangalore address(where I live).

One way would be to call the Passport Seva Kendra in Bangalore and ask the question from them. They might have a way to handle such situations.

I will strongly suggest you to change your address to the current one(where you live)...
