Hello all,

I am in the process of choosing my career episodes, and get nervous about the fact that to apply for an assessment as a Professional Engineer, one is strongly required to have performed Design activities.

I only once have done some system design but that was a very preliminary research, hence I don't believe this experience would be a good CE for me (in comparison to others that I prefer, involving project management, multi system integration, and thorough testing of a system).

My question here is, does EA consider valid Design experiences to only be about designing the system in itself (or perhaps a test bench...) - things I never did -, or are:
- designing a process
- designing software tools
- designing complex test procedures
(3 things I have done)
also considered as valid Design experiences?

On the course of my career I have come to specialize in systems testing and integration. This is why I am not on the side of designing, I am further down the development process.

Any insight would be very helpful. I feel very stressed by this question right now.

Thank you.
