Once the interview has been conducted, your CO makes a decision on your case. This can be one of 3 :-
(1) Decline.
(2) A Job Search Visa.
(3) A Resident Visa with conditions.

After this decision, the whole case is audited by another CO to make sure Immigration have followed their operations manual and all are in agreement with the decision.
This takes around a month.
Assuming the visa has been approved you will be notified and invited to pay the final migrant levy fees and to send in passports for the visa stickers to be applied.
Once you send in the fees and passports they will be returned with the visa stickers. From sending to receiving them back 2 - 4 weeks.
