I am researching about the Quebec Immigration Program, maybe I will apply with my girlfriend, but there is something that is confusing me, I hope someone can help me:
I visited an event on a language school and they told me that both applications (principal and secondary) would need an intermediate-advanced French knowledge.
But using that online evaluation tool on immigration-quebec website, I was able to meet the criteria even though the principal application had no French knowledge if the secondary had "intermediate-advanced" level.
Do you know which information is correct?
Maybe the school is trying to sell their language courses or the online tool is not up -to-date with the new rules.
disclaimer: yes, we both are going to learn French, as this is mandatory for our lives there, but knowing the real standard for the admission is always good.
