Hi, I'm sorry if this is not the correct place to post about this kind of question, if it is not the correct place please direct me to where I can get some help.

My mother is French, my father is British and I have a British passport and I am 24 years old. I am looking to get a French passport, please can you let me know how easy and generally how long it would take to obtain one.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Here is the official Service Public page that should give you some idea how to get that French passport: Nationalité française - Service-public.fr

As you'll see, it depends on where you were born and whether or not you've ever lived in France. Plus, as an adult (would have been easier if you'd applied before you turned 18), you'll probably have to demonstrate that you can speak, read and write passable French.
Cheers,
Bev
