I have been offered job as Back Office Executive in Al-Shirawi Facility Management LLC in Dubai/Abu Dhabi with basic salary of 3500 AED/month. Contract Duration is of 2 years initially. Other benefits includes :-

1) Free Shared Accommodation with 1 person in Company's residency apartment.
2) Monthly Food Allowance provided by the company.
3) Transportation is provided by the company.
4) Medical Insurance is provided by the company.
5) Over Time Benefits ( As per UAE Labor Law)
6) Salary Appraisal as per performance and Company rules.
7) Paid Annual Leave(as per UAE Law)
8) Gratuity at the end of service( As per UAE Labor Law)

I'm 25, Bachelor, non-smoker, non-drinker and a simple going person with no extravagant spendings

I want to know the answers for some of my following questions-

a) Will I be able to save and send money(atleast 1500 AED) to India.
b) Does Employee in UAE have the right to decide as to when he would like to take his annual leave and vacation?Or it's just the employer who just decides on the same?

For the information required you should best check the sticky threads, and use the forums search, as this topic has been covered numerous times.

I have also noted that last year you opened multiple threads, and repeated the same question over and over again, even though fellow board members and moderators had advised you accordingly.

Hence I suggest you once more to read the sticky threads, as you will find the answers to the questions raised.

And its not really clear whether you will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
