The datss on my wage slips dont match the dates that my wage went into my accoount so the dates on my bank statments don't match the wage slips I work for a small place & due to personal reasons the account manager was unable to make the make payments on time. There is only a difference of a few days each time.

Will this have a negative effect on my spouse visa application?

It does not matter as long it is the same amount reflecting on both your wage slips and bank statements. Write a note explaining this.
