Visitor visa while 489 spouse ( subsequent entrant) under process

Hi GJ,
There are some points which one has to reconsider before applying for visit visa.
1.One person can hold one visa at a time, suppose your dependent gets 489 visa first and than visit visa grant immediately her 489 would be cancelled she again has to apply for 489. Thats what i got the information would request you also to find the same and let me know as well please.

Hi All,

I'm sailing in the same boat. Could any of you confirm how you added subsequent entry for your partner.

- Did your partner have to go through ACS as well?

Please need you guys help on where to start this process. I have an 489 visa and planning to travel to Australia on Sep 12. However now that i have got married i need to add her to my 489 as subsequent entry and while the process is going on thinking to apply a visit visa meanwhile. Need some guidence.
