Good morning!!
I am an 18 year old student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in india
My sister is currently in Australia under her 2 year post study work visa and my mother and father both currently holds a 3year subclass 600 visa

I lodged my subclass 600 visa last month to meet my sister with my mom and dad in august this year
But unfortunately my visa got refused
I am attaching the refusal letter below
Could you please help me out and let me know what’s next

As you know I had already applied my visa
I have attached much more supporting documents
The financial documents were full, even attached all of my family visa documents
The finances in personal bank a/c were more than enough and all business accounts ,registrations and details were given

As i’m an 18 yr old student studying in college (1st year) , i have already provided the college bonafide certificate
But still the visa officer wasn’t satisfied for gte condition and used clause 600.211 to reject my visa

I would only reapply again if there’s a possibility for me to get a short visa or any visa with no further stay condition even because my purpose of travel is solely visiting my sister with my family who already holds visa

Kindly read my refusal letter to understand if anything can be done in my particular case

Difficult

Reading the letter your parents (and I assume your sister) offered support. Your sister is settled in Australia. Your parents, who by the letter are giving you support, have been granted long term visit visas. I don't think they look favourably on this because having parents back home could be a tie back home but since they have long term tourist visas and you have a settled sister in Australia, it looks like its worked unfavourably.

You're in the 1st year of a Bachelors and already looking to go overseas before any progress has been made in your academic progress.

Having a large bank account isn't a real incentive to go back home to India, its just seen as a means to support ones self once in Australia.

Is there any way , i could get the visa

i’ve talked to my sister’s agent in melbourne and he said that govt. made new rules from 23rd march that the visitor visas would be issued more on the clause of no further stay condition
,so he said i could apply again

Could you let me know if any further documents i could show that work as incentive for me to come back home, whether it is from the college or my family business that i’m gonna be ultimately working at in india
