Guys

I am filling out four visit visa application forms for my parents, sister and brother.

They want to come and visit for a week. Their accommodation, which I have already paid for costs 950.00.

Their living costs are estimated to be 500 per person so 2000.00. I have set aside a budget of 4000 for their expenditure in case they overspend.

Their flight costs overall will be GBP 2360 or 590 per person. Flights will be paid for from my mum's savings account. My mum has (for example) GBP 7000 in her account.

For each application shall I write?
1. The total amount of money you have for this trip: 7000 or 1750? or 7000 in mum's and 0 in others'
2. The cost of the aeroplane, boat or train tickets: 2360 or 590?
3. The cost of your accommodation: 950 or 237.50?
4. The cost of your living expenses: 2000 or 500?
5. Is someone other than you paying for all or a part of your trip? YES
6. What is the total amount in GBP(£)? (What is the total cost of your trip, including money others may be giving you, in GBP(£)): 950 + 2360 + 2000 = 5310 so 5310 or 1327.50?

Put separate amount for each application you are making. Apply together so that supporting documents can be shared.

Thanks - but it's a bit unclear. Do you mean break the amounts into four. eg accommodation costs 237.50 per each rather than 950.00??

Yes, as I said write down the amount per person on each application.
