Settlement > Settlement > Marriage is the option for a Fiance or Proposed Civil Partnership visa. In other words, this is the option to choose if you are planning to get married in the UK and then settle.
As you are already married, you will need to start over and choose Settlement > Settlement > Husband (if you are completing the application on your husband's behalf).
It's more confusing to choose "applying for someone else" because all of the questions still pertain to the applicant. So when it says "you" or "your" it is referring to your husband. He will still have to physically sign the printed application. Personally, I don't think there's any value in applying for someone else.
