Hello,

I'm moving definitivelly to Australia in the near future with the 136 PR visa (former for actual 175). It has been granted on Feb 2009, and I already validated it going to Sydney for a 10 days holidays.

The visa was stamped in my brasilian passport, but because of my roots, I was recently recognized as italian citizen and have now italian passport. This citizenship was awarded after validating the visa.

Since I have already validated my visa compling with the first entry requirement I understand the form of change of circunstancies is no longer valid for my case.

Is there a way to notify DIAC of this change of circunstance so that I could have the visa evidence stamped on my other passport?

Thank you

Contact the local Australian Consulate/Immi office and ask if you can get your Sticker in the Italian passport. As it was originally granted to a Brazillian passport this might not be possible. You could enter on your Brazillian Passport to AU and then try to make the changes while inside Australia.
