Hi so basically my question is that when you get a job in dubai through a company i.e. the company that you work for does the visa for you...and you then decide to quit and work somewhere else...does the other company then have to do the same visa process again for you? Thanks

The short answer is yes.

I'm sure someone more familiar with the process can explain in more detail. As long as you leave properly and on good terms it should be an easy enough process. Considering your are changing jobs and sometimes your home too of course.

yes. You would need to cancel your visa from the existing company, and the new employer would need to apply for a new visa.
Sometimes based on length of time you have worked with the company, your qualifications, and salary, if you leave them within a period of 1-2 years there could be an employment ban (so new company will not be able to get a visa).
