My partner is from Kenya and has a Kenyan passport. He lives and works in Dubai and has a well paid job which he has been in for 4 years. Can someone let me know how we go about getting a visa for him to come to the UK for a visit?

If he is officially resident in Dubai and can show evidence of such, then I believe he can apply from there. Otherwise, he will need to apply from Nairobi.
