Hi Guys, Just wanted to check what educational qualification documents are needed for spouse during Visa filing? Are they asked to check english profeciency?
Also, what to do if the high school and intermediate certificates are in native language with english mentioned as one of the subject, however, college degree and transcripts are in english. Do we need to take any additional proof for spouse english proficiency in the above case?

If the high school and intermediate certificates are in Vernacular then the chances are that the medium of instruction was also vernacular
And even if it was English, you would have to get it translated officially to English

So instead of going to all the trouble, just get a certificate from College that the medium of instruction was English for the course she studied
That alone will be sufficient

Cheers

Her degree Certificate and transcripts / marks-sheet for every year / semester is good enough.

Yes you need to provide proof for English proficiency even if English was mentioned as one of the subject. You may either get a letter from her University / College stating that the medium of instruction was English for her course or make her go through PTE-A / IELTS

Good Luck

Thanks for the clarification guys.
The school instruction medium was Vernacular with english as one of the subject.
However, college was english instruction medium.
So, would you advice to submit all the school as well as college documents or should I submit only college?
Also, will statement from only college work?
Want to keep PTE and IELTS as last option as it will again take time for appointment and process might get delayed.

I already confirmed in my last post that only college is sufficient
